She was predeceased by: her husband James "Tank" Kennedy; her parents, Manuel Bailey and Eliza J. Bailey; and her siblings, Audrey B. Ceasar, Gloria B. Smiles, Melver B. Sino, Manuel L and Joseph Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, James Lee, Jr., Dionne Lee and Sibyl Anderson (Frank); her stepchildren, Toilyn Major (Len), Melody Kennedy and Kaysi; and her sister Audrey B. Clements. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
