He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Everidge and Mildred Clark Everidge; his adoptive parents, Louis, Helen Watson Taylor, New Orleans, Couvent and Valena C. Jones; his partner Semone Peters; his children, Edward L. Jr., EshiQita Everidge Washington, Shonique, Shakara, Sharel and Edneka Peters; and his siblings, Gail Everidge Browder, Shelia Taylor, Lurline Everidge, Harold, Vernon Taylor, Clarence Emilien, Sr., Joycelynn Everidge Harris, Jerry, Jr., Ernest, Sr., Alvin and Ronnie Everidge. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
