He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harang, Sr. and Mercedes Honore; his grandparents, Louis Harang, Sr., Bella Walker Harang, Jean Baptiste Honore and Lorenza Champagne Honore; and his brother Luke Brown, Jr..

He is survived by: his sister Barbara Mitchell. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
