She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Gaines Davenport and Walter Alvin Davenport; and her siblings, Mary B. Balls, Dorethea Antoine, Mack McCree, Georgia M. Howard, Sara Rainey, Joe Louis Hillard, Cornelius Hillard and Willie Mae Hillard.
She is survived by: her friend Camille Strachan; her daughter Minister Renée L. Davenport; her nephew Bruce Lee (Renee); her cousin Vernon Ward; her children, Catherine Raphael, Randolph Victor (Elder Karen), Robert James of Washington, D. C, Felicia and Emmanuel Thomas; her sister Brenda Kernell; her children, Frank (Madeleine), Felicity, Minor (Meredith), Sandy (Dorothy), Eric and Savannah (Nathan); her grandchildren, Hannah, Jackson, Evarist, Emma, Minor Maxwell and Camille Claire (CeCi); and her stepsons, Clarence Jr. and Frederick Thomas.
