She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilghman George Chachere Jr. and Gertrude Coralie Levy Chachere; her husband Vincent A. Culotta Sr. MD; her siblings, Elizabeth C. Brennan (William) of La Mirada, CA, Coralie C. Liberto (Vincent), Naomi C. Bonnabel (Guion), Tilghman G. Chachere III (Lavicia) and Robert E. Chachere (Georgette); her children, Frances Culotta Schmeeckle (Frederick) and John Tilghman Culotta (Eileen); and her grandson Vincent A. Culotta III.
She is survived by: her children, Vincent A. Culotta Jr. MD (Mimi), Salvador P. Culotta (Patricia), Gertrude Culotta McGarvey (Charles) and Pascal Mark Culotta (Leslie). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests having a Mass said in her memory at St. Francis Xavier Church or donations to the Trey Culotta Wrestling Fund at Brother Martin High School.
