She is survived by: her children, Robert Rodgers (Patty), Rebecca Grant, Victoria Spruce (Joseph) and Marjorie Sullivan (Richard); her sister Ida Dwight; her grandchildren, Jason, Melissa, Victoria, Ashley and Shannon; and her great grandchildren, Quinn, Myles, Aspyn and James.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in Frances's memory to Parkway Presbyterian Church, where Frances was a charter member and gave countless hours of her time and talents to the betterment of her community.
