He is survived by: his children, Julie Pepper (Martin) and David Riggle (Tonya); his brother Gene Riggle (Dale); his grandchildren, Patricia Peterson (Jack), Michael Pepper, David Pepper, Ben Riggle (Lydia), Melissa Riggle and Sarah Riggle; his great grandchildren, Piper and Jamie Peterson; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Enos and Sharon Wang (Jerry). He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
