It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gabriel Lafayette of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jackson Lafayette and James Lafayette. He is survived by: his child Lakesha Lafayette; and his siblings, Samuel, Eddie Lee, Larry, Fred and Leroy Lafayette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and devoted friends.
The visitation will begin at 9 a. m., and the service will begin at 10 a. m. Pastor Warren Jones officiating, and interment will be private. Due to Covid – 19, facemasks are encouraged.
