He was predeceased by: his parents, P. J. Sr. Page and Dorthy Page; his son Gerald Page, Jr.; his brothers, Jerome and George Page; and his grandson Benjamin Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Page; his children, Shaun Page, Sabrina Pritchett and Benjamin Christoval; his daughter-in-law Aviance Page; his siblings, Dwayne (P. J. Page Jr.), Lloyd Knight, Yolanda Page and Murl Thompson (Nellie Reed); his godchildren, Angela, Anjinah, Gerald Page, III and Lynell Walter; and his friend Shaun Page. He is also survived by great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
