He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice Hamilton; his children, Herman Dennis Jr., Eloise, Carole Hamilton and Byron Hamilton; and his sister Denise Miller. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Dennis Funeral Home (1812 Louisiana Ave, New Orleans, LA 70115). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
