He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert, Jr. Lewis and Jean Alfreda Champagne Lewis; and his sibling Consuella "Connie" Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Masters Lewis; his children, Nathaniel Dyson, Blaine (Europe), Blake, Devin Lewis and Arielle Marie Barnes; and his siblings, Gilda Davis and Don Lynn Lear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, Godchildren, other relatives and friends.
