With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory Pendleton (New Orleans, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2025 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his parents, Yvonne Pendleton and Alfred Banks; his grandparents, Marguerite Perkins Thomas and Ernest Jones; his sister Diane Powers; his aunts and uncles, Calvin Perkins, James Thompson, Robert Hudson, Cynthia Jones, Ida Mae, Annie Mae Perkins, Laberta Fleming and Dalphine Perkins; and his cousins, Kendrick Perkins, James Jones, Wilson Jones, Derrick Gabriel, Robert Hudson Jr., Trina Smith, Sheila Johnson and Rondrick Gordon.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory and Sierra Pendleton (Cornelius); his grandchildren, London Pendleton, Kingston and Jamaica Scott; his brother Robert Pendleton; and his aunts and uncles, Roslyn, Robin Perkins, Debra, Jacqueline Thompson, Ernest Perkins and John Thompson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Israelite Baptist Church (2100 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70113). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
