He is survived by: his mother Virginia B. Larkins-Scott; his daughters, Debritta Larkins-Sims (Milton Jr.), Denitta Larkins-Mills (Walter Jr.), Halle Larkins and Takisha Sanders; his grandchildren, NeAsia Scipio, Milton Sims III, Clyde Mesley III, Nah'yel Jones and Alexis Williams; his close friend Jolene Sanders; his cousins, Don Coleman Sr., Kevin Williams Sr. and Arthur Williams Jr.; his godchildren, Byran Martin Jr., Lloyd Robinson Sr. Edna Felder and Donna Renae Fisher; and his siblings-in-law, Matthew Fisher Sr., Soloman Fisher and JoAnn Bernstein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
