We announce the death of Hazel Slan Hinton (New Orleans, Louisiana), who passed away on June 18, 2026, at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Slan Sr. and Hazel Peck Slan; and her siblings, Eula, Horis, June and Donald Slan.
She is survived by: her children, Kenya DeVoe Harvey (Eddie Harvey) and Robert C. Hinton Jr. (Raven); her grandchildren, Kayla, Robert, Roman, Ryder, Kaya, Janaya and Hennessy; and her sister Precious Slan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
