He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Clay; his children, Henry Clay, Jr., Anthony Clay (Samantha) and Lori Clay; his siblings, Alma Dorethea Williams, Edgar Clay (Dorothy), Allen Clay, Ophelia Johnson, Mary Young (Percy), Donald Clay (Yvonne), Patricia Davis (Louis), Betty Hood, James Clay (Anna), Jeanetter Vaughn, Debra Miller and Nathaniel Clay; his grandchildren, Shakeeta Ursin, Henry Robinson, Sr. (Kyle), LaZandra Broussard (CJ), Erron Robinson (Janayl), Dimonique Robinson and Joshua Clay; his godchildren, Lyonetta Flowers, Danielle Rapp and Kenon Leforte; his cousins, Louis and Gloria Stewart; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Rankins, Judy Lea, James, Aaron and Nathaniel Brown. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, church families and friends.
