She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. Ben J. Phillips; and her parents, Esther Adler and Louis Seidenbach. She is survived by : her son William L. Phillips (Grace Chris); her grandchildren, Erica Jane Weiss and Becci Leah Weiss; and her sister Lois Seidenbach Shepard (Ralph).
