He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Moore; and his parents, Cecil Moore and Nellie Moore. He is survived by: his children, Jerry R. Moore, Jr. (Lovone) and Terri Rubio (Jaime); his grandchildren, Jeffery Riviére, Zachery Moore (Michelle), Amanda Adams (Jeremiah) and Jourdan Riviére; his great grandchildren, Kollin, Abby, Clara and Isabel; and his sister Sharon Gillespie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
