He is survived by: his mother Bernadine Encalade Watts; his children, Brandy Howard (Edward), Di'Andra Hebert Keys (Ryan), Khalilah and Jessica; his grandchildren, Da'Kari, Ry'Lee, DeKlan Keys, Olivia, Noa, Ella and Andrew Bryant; his siblings, Cedric Sr. Watts (Roxanne), Babette Larry of Greenville and Suzette Moore of Maryland; his siblings' children, Cedric Jr. and Jasmyne Watts (Ryan); his goddaughter Gelon Cosse; Bernadine Encalade Watts. He is also survived by great- nieces and nephews; cousins; coworkers; and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Murray Henderson Funeral Home (1209 Teche St, New Orleans, LA 70114). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
