He was predeceased by: his wife Kathyleen Galman Bickham; his parents, Mary Bickham and Joseph Dixon; his siblings, Leroy, Robert, Clarence, Lionel (Pamela), Barbara Bickham and Laverda Suber; his grandmother Noema Bickham; his nephews, Alvin Dwight Bickham and Lionel Bickham Jr.; his parents-in-law, Lucille and Dewitt Galman Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Lou Alice, Dewitt Jr. and Steven Galman.
He is survived by: his children, Dameon Bickham, Keland Bickham (Alyssa) and Kendra Edwards; his sisters, Gail and Lynette Bickham; his aunt Dorothy "Elaine" Lee; and his nieces, Natasha Bickham and Natasha LeBlanc. He is also survived by 11 grandkids and 7 great grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
