It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ann Fahrmann Ryan (New Orleans, Louisiana), who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Patrick Ryan, Sr.; her daughter Regina Marie Ryan; her parents, Louis Fahrmann and Alethea Fahrmann; and her granddaughter Adele A. Calecas.
She is survived by: her sons, James P. Ryan, Jr. (Olivemae) and Michael E. Ryan (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Ron Dorion, Jr. (Lexie), Zachary P. Ryan (Sara), Sierra T. Ryan, Jersey A. Ryan (Briley), Alexandrea V. Ryan and Hunter W. Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Delilah, Bailey, Marabelle, Aubree and Ryder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
