He is survived by: his sons, Joel Weibelt Smith (Charles), Jeffrey Weibelt and Richard Weibelt; his grandchildren, Morgan Weibelt Cleveland (Dylan), Madeline Grace Weibelt and Jonah Charles Smith; his great grandchild Harvey Grant Cleveland; and his sister-in-law Theresa.
