He is survived by: his wife Ann Harder Meyer; his sibling Aloise Pfefferle; his children, John F. Meyer III (Karen Meyer), Evan J. Meyer (Sandra Meyer) and Thomas J. Meyer (LaTisha Meyer); his grandchildren, Stefan Meyer, Jason Meyer, Hannah Meyer, Kaitlin Meyer, Crystal Palm, Candice Meyer and Zachary Meyer; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Meyer (Brooke), Noah Meyer, Cael Allen, Christina Meyer and Harper Meyer.
