He is survived by: his wife Linda Coleman Matthews; his children, Charmaine Patterson (Lamar), Patricia Carr (Nikki), Johnny, Jr. (Tiffany Matthews), Corey (Tanisha), Patrick, Walter and Lamar Huston; and his siblings, Barbara, Trimeda, Debra, Billy (Sonji), Michael and Ronald (Vanessa). He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
