He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Allen Sr. and Mary L. Allen; and his grandson Reginald Lee. He is survived by: his wife Susan B. Allen; and his children, Corey Allen, Michael Allen (Nicquil), Jonequlle Allen (Ebony), Monique Allen, Blaze M. Allen and Paula Hooper. He is also survived by Twelve Grandchildren, One Great-Grandson, One Goddaughter, One Sister, 3 sister-n-laws, 2 brother-n-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
