In the sacred silence of farewell, Joya is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie Jerome Jr. and Catherine Jerome; her child Ja'Corie Casborn; her siblings, Ju'Von Arana, Kista Jerome, Willie Jerome III and Alicia Jerome; and her grandchildren, Ja'Corie and Dior. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
