He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford L. Claverie and Evelyn R. Claverie; and his brothers, Clifford L. Claverie, II and David C. Claverie. He is survived by: his wife Judy DiBenedetto Claverie; his children, Kathryn Claverie Matherne (Craig), Kelly E. Claverie and Keith D. Claverie (Leslie); and his grandson Daniel P. Matherne.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross School baseball.
