He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Harrell, Sr. and Mildred Triplett-Harrell; his grandparents, James Triplett, Kelly Harrell, Lucille Britton-Triplett and Annie Mae Harrell; his children, Keith LeBlanc and Kelly Harrell, Jr.; and his sibling Kechel Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Lakeilia, Justin, Kelli (Oklahoma) and Kiya (Atlanta); his siblings, Karen Harrell, Wendy McGee, Clarence Harrell and Kevin Jones; and his friend La Toya Wilkerson. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
