He was predeceased by: his father Willie Perkins Jr. A (Booker T. Washington Senior High); and his brothers, Brian Perkins and Milton Ramsey. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Perkins (Cains); his sons, Kevin Jr. (Jennifer) and Tavaris K. (Michael); his former wife Kim Phillips; his sister Adinas Perkins; and his grandson Carter Harper. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home (1615 St Philip St, New Orleans, LA 70116). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
