He is survived by: his parents, Frank Smith and Patricia Smith; his wife Jade Smith; his grandparents, Robert Feirn (Sandy), Billy and Laurie Gorham; his siblings, Zachary Gorham, Jeffery Nugent, Brandon Smith, Franklin Mitchell Smith, Jesse Smith, Tucker Smith, Summer Moreno and Jessica Smith; his uncle Mike Feirn (Hope); his mother-in-law Aimee Shea (Colorado); his sisters-in-law, Alexis McLarty and Stoney Peters (Jacob); his nieces, Emersyn Moreno and Anna Collins Boyd; and his nephew Conner Reid Boyd.
