She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Muñoz and Juliana "Mariana"; her sibling Geny; and her husband Antonio "Osmel" Cardet. She is survived by: her siblings, Leonides, Lidia, Noe, Leovidia, Leida and Lina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, their children, and spouses.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (4640 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the All Saints Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church or the charity of your choice.
