It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leila Mae Logan of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 29, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Paul Smith; her parents, Leroy Logan, Sr. and Ernestine Logan; her grandparents, Albert Williams, Sr. and Rosa Myles Williams; her brother Leroy Logan, Jr.; her sister-in-law Denise McCrainey Logan; her niece Tremeka McCrainey; her nephew Kendall McCrainey; her aunts and uncles, Rosa Mary Williams, Leila Bell Carter, Anne Mae Williams, Richard Williams and Albert Williams, Jr.; her great-aunt Mary Williams; and her great-uncles, Buddy Hollis (Dora) and Richard Williams (Gloria).

She is survived by: her brother John Logan, Sr.; her uncle Claude Williams; her nephews, John Logan, Jr., Daryl McGrainey (Ida) and Darrin Christopher McCrainey; and her niece Shantel Johnson. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
