He is survived by: his brother Donald; his wife Gloria Peters Frazier; and his children, Leonard Jr., Wendell, Tammy (Walter) and Kent.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (2022 St Bernard Ave, New Orleans, LA 70116). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
