We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2025, at the age of 66, Linda Kay Holmes of New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ceola Torrence and David Holmes; her sister Kathy Norbert; her aunt Dorothy Forman; her uncle Robert Torrence; and her cousin Yolanda Vaughn.
She is survived by: her aunts, Martha Corwart and Mary Vaughn; her uncle Dupree Torrence; her sisters, Janice, Vanessa, Jeanette, Cynthia, Samantha and Lisa Holmes; and her godchild Lakesha Wilson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Boyd Family Funeral Home (5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
