She is survived by: her husband Theodore Cowart; her siblings, Cynthia McDanie (Leroy), Stephaine Tate (Gregory Winfield), Timothy Jackson and Steven Tate (Romanda); her children, Howard Lumar (Trenisha), James Lumar (Sherneta) and Shantel Willoughby (Oliver); and her grandchildren, Latasha Price, Danielle Price, Tearra Stallworth, Tamara Price, Marteesha Peterson (Ernest) and Zimeka Nelson (Terrence). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
