She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Jenkins and Evelina Barnes Jenkins; her spouse Jimmie Lee Johnson; her son James Lee Johnson III; and her siblings, Florence Pellerin, Mary Jenkins, Irma Jenkins, Josephine Singleton, Ethel Manuel, Thelma Lanella Jenkins Manning, Johnny Jenkins, Frank Jenkins, Robert Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins and Arthur Jenkins.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, LaKeisha Crosby, Jamesha Harang and James Walker; her great grandchildren, Layla Keyes, Sterling Keyes III and Lilyana Keyes; her grandchildren, Tyece and Te'Saun Walker; her sister Mae Helen Lewis; and her siblings-in-law, Charlene Johnson and Ollie Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
