She is survived by: her children, Samuel W. Stevens III, Stephanie Stevens and Karen Smith (Louis Smith); her siblings, Marilyn Slack, Cynthia Dixon, Sharon Hull, Eugene Johnson, Lee Johnson and Selton Johnson; and her grandchildren, Cory Stevens, Richard Stevens and Samanthe Lafuente. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
