She is survived by: her children, Edward, Jr. (Laura), Ashley Darnall (Lyle) of Columbia, SC and Allison Hamada (Robear) of Metairie; her grandchildren, Elliott Darnall Curry, Claire Darnall Boynton, Annabelle Hamada, Sophia Hamada, Madeleine Moise and Lily Moise; and her great grandchildren, Luke Elliott Curry, Cade Porter Curry and Michael Patrick Boynton, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sibille Funeral Home (2309 George Dr, Opelousas, LA 70570). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Landry Catholic Church (1020 N Main St, Opelousas, LA 70570).
