It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mathilda Hooper of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on August 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Hooper; her parents, Arthur Joseph and Rebecca Baker; and her siblings, John Joseph Sr., Nolia Jones, Alice Landry and Rebecca Harris.

She is survived by: her godson Kelvin Reynard Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
