He was predeceased by: his father Oliver Beard, Jr.; his sister Cynthia M. Beard; and his son Denton Arsenio Beard. He is survived by: his mother Susie Brinson Beard; his wife Lorraine Triplett Beard; his sons, Damien O. (April), Darius S. (Angele) and Derron A. Beard; and his sisters, Helen B. Johnson (Byron), Cassandra B. Robert and Denise B. Howell Odenton, MD (Jimmie). He is also survived by two Aunts and an Uncle, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers.
