Gray (Ernest Lee Gray), Dorothy Gillis, Margie Jackson (Eugene Jackson) and Martha S. Jackson (Augusta Jackson) of Chicago, Illinois..
She is survived by: her sister Josephine G. Lucas (Cornelius); her grandchildren, Troynell Rivers, Sr. (Kendra), Warren Rivers, Sr. (Kenyatta), Charnell Rivers-Williams (Frank Sr.) and Ladaira Monique Perkins; her nieces and nephews, Dorsandra E. Heard, Anita Pernell of Los Angeles, California, Wayne Jackson (Adrienne Pace) of Chicago, Illinois and Ernest Gray (Latoya); her friends, Paula T. Grier, Mary Y. Boyd and Alfred Nicholson; and her caregivers, Carla Hilson, Lataysha Mickel and Dr. Rodrigue. She is also survived by loving relatives, church family, and friends.
Lady P was a Life Member of the Order of the Eastern Star (O.E.S.), a member of the NAACP, and the American Cancer Society.
