He is survived by: his wife Eileen G. Stewart; his children, Angela M. Boyer, Hollie A. Brassette and Gwenn L. Marelo; his grandchildren, Megan "Drew" Schumaker, Kellie E. Schumaker and Nicholas J. Schneider; and his sisters, JoAnn Stewart and Mary Henry.

“I was so saddened to hear of Mr. Murrays passing. I had the privilege of getting to know him when he would do electrical jobs at our company. Always so kind & friendly. Truly a great man. Watching his little granddaughter shadowing behind him learning his trade was truly a joyful sight. You could see the pride in his eyes when he would speak about her following in his footsteps. No doubt she had the best mentor, teacher and beloved grandfather. My deepest condolences to the whole family.”
