It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Hector Carr of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Jarrett R. Carr; and her grandson Wyatt A. Carr. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
