She was predeceased by: her father Arthur George Lewis; her husbands, Rev. Albert Allen Sr. and James Davis; her children, Barbara Stovall and Lloyd Allen; her grandparents, Dock, Inez Lee Rayford, Oreade Smith and Luther Phillips; her siblings, Lula Mae Johnson and Eddie George Steward; and her grandchildren, Yvette, Tyronne Jr. and River Allen.
She is survived by: her mother Lula Mae Lewis; her children, Tyrone (Pricella), Albert (Kimberly), Mary Johnson, Yvonne Allen and Yvette Allen; and her siblings, Henry Lewis, Mary Rogers (Sammy), Elizabeth Adams, Diana Johnson, Magnolia Lewis, Linda Lewis, Lynn Matthews (Greg) and LaShekia Robertson (Jake).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church (1419 St Bernard Ave, New Orleans, LA 70116). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
