He was predeceased by: his parents, Erena Hardy and Lillian Hardy; his siblings, Geneva Ceasar West Jones, John Hardy, Sr., Joseph "Butch" Hardy Sr. and James Herbert "Goo" Hardy, Sr.; his close friend Gertrude "Shereefah" Jackson Anthony; and his children, Henry Bryant Anthony and Ayatollah Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Thomas, Adrian Hardy, Dwayne Anthony Sr. (Elia), Mustafah Anthony (Brandy) and Angelina Swiiah Anthony; and his siblings, Martha Davis (late Buford), Denise Wiltz (Tyrone), Mary Fontenot (Randy) and Erana Hardy (Gordon). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
