Though Paula may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her mother Eunice Crawford Martin; her sister Marie C. Nevil; and her niece Catrina C. Tanner. She is survived by: her daughter Jacinta R Jones-Hagan (Martin Sr.); her grandchildren, Martin Hagan Jr., Marquan J. Hagan and Marquelle J Hagan; her father Rev Robert P. Martin Sr.; and her brothers, Dave Hunter Sr., Joseph Hunter (Deborah) and Dr. Robert Martin Jr. (Kathleen) of Grand Rapids, MI.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, great nephews, nieces, great nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Baptist Church (1100 Odeon St, New Orleans, LA 70114). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Joseph Baptist Church (1100 Odeon St, New Orleans, LA 70114).
