She is survived by: her son Derrick; her siblings, Patrick (Nadine), Paulette, Perry (Nichelle), Connie and Melissa (Missy); her godchildren, Ariane, Perry Jr., Burnell and Haylee; and her daughter Monique Carter. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
