We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2025, at the age of 89, Raymond G. Hoffmann of New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Charles Hoffmann and Marguerite Ehren Hoffmann; his daughter Kelly Jackman (Danny); and his siblings, Joseph Adolph Hoffmann, Margaret Hoffmann Giovengo, Christian Charles Hoffmann, Jr., Gerard Joseph Hoffmann and Mary Ann Hoffmann Mistretta.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Harrington Hoffmann; his children, Raymond George Hoffmann, Jr. and Robin "Buffy" Lafont (Jody); and his grandchildren, Daniel Jackman (Katelyn), Jennifer Jackman Stone (Clay), Christopher Jackman (Jenny), Tiffany Hoffmann Pledger (Joe), Jeffrey Hoffmann, Alyse Lafont Weber (Tommy) and Ross Lafont (Katie). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (631 State St, New Orleans, LA 70118). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
