He was predeceased by: his spouse Idelma C. Manson; his child Kedrick Manson; his mother Mamie Manson; his siblings, Cleotha Gaines, Savannah Boutee, Isabell Hudson, Viola Johnson, Clifford and Berland Manson; and his sisters-in-law, Audrey C. Carey and Janice C. Brown.

He is survived by: his children, Roxanna Felts (Perry) of Kansas City, MO, Rachelle Fleming, Wanda Johnson (Darrel), Raymond "Bamzy" Manson (Kendra), Jacqueline Salazar, Julie Darensburg and Corey Manson; his grandchildren, Kendra, Schnell, Donchelle, Shawda', Shyniece, Tierra, Lechelle, Shannon, Ronulia, Jonathan, Alicia, Andreina, Daniel, Taylor, Carlee, Corey, Jr., Torien, Torel and Bourgress; his sibling's children, Rita Patterson, Gail Bornum and Freddie McKnight, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Marva Coleman, Mary Alice Jackson (Alvie), Emma Chess, Barbara Williams and Deon McGill. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
