He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Scott and Rosa Lee Butler (Scott); and his daughter Victoria Scott. He is survived by: his wife Eva W. Scott; and his children, Anthony (Denise), Kevin (Sandra), Shean, Tyrone (Geri), Troy (Lajuana), Mary (Duane), Renee (Jules) of Washington, David, Joy, Angel and Ashley Scott. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, step sister, other family and friends.
