He is survived by: his daughter Amy Tate; his son-in-law William Mulholland III; his son Ian Tate; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Tate; his grandchildren, Travis Sagusti, Layne Sagusti, Colston Tate, Collin Chubb, Mac Mulholland IV and Carson Mulholland; his great grandchild Sophia Chubb; Karen Walk.
